Question about 2003 Honda Accord
Control panel Lights on AC/CD player do not turn on
You will need to remove the radio and send it out to a shop that repairs Honda car audio systems. Check with your local dealer for a repair station they use near you. You can get removal instructions online just google it.

Do the head lights come on properly? Mess with the dimming switch. My friend has a Thunderbird with the same issue and I have narrowed it down to the dimmer switch being the issue.

The sound chip may have gone in the stereo, especially if someone has had it on very loud they sometimes blow, otherwise you have 2 speaker wires touching each other, that way you only get static noise, insidee the door they sometimes come free and touch the body
Check all your speaker wires first.
