You may have a bad fuelpressure regulator or a bad fuel injector

SOURCE: 5.7 liter vortec runs fine on startup then boggs down

check the fuel pump pressure you might not be getting the amount of fuel your truck needs to keep running an easy way to check is to tap the gas when it starts to bog if it picks back up thats what the problem is.

My 06 pontiac g6 wont go over 30 mph and boggs down if i push on the gas

If valve was bent couldn't even do 30 mph. So first check gas filter as a basic first. If clogged will cut power down. Otherwise computer wiring.l
Any lights go on If not u might want to skip gas filter

2007 ford fusion starts to bogg down around 40 mph with heavier acceleration. No issues from take off and rides smooth otherwise

If the check engine light is not on, it could be low fuel pressure and/or a dirty fuel filter.
On this model the fuel filter is in the gas tank.

Feels like My transmision isn't shifting properly. Car is jerky, unresponsive to acceleration, and only goes 20 mph up hills even slight inclines. has a computer fault code for (mass ar sensor error) could...

sounds more like you have a clogged fuel filter try this put car in car lay accelerater to the floor with it running if boggs down the filter is clogged and they are like 20 to 30 bucks they are out side fuel tank inline by the tank

1988 cutlass ciera boggs down when i accelerate

Hello! You have symptoms that point to incorrect fuel pressure.
First have the fuel pressure tested as follows; #1...engine running at idle: 13- 20 psi. #2...key on engine off: 23-30 psi. If pressure is incorrect change the fuel pump.

Does the engine "surge" at idle? If so, check the "fuel injection pressure regulator idle air control valve". Apply a vacuum to it; If fuel flows it is not the problem.

When I accelerate it feels like fuel is not going through and it takes along time to bring the car up to 45 mph.

If your car is starving for fuel, it will bogg down, I mean REALLY bogg down if you accelerate hard, will even do it in neutral. Could be anything from a clogged filter to a faulty fuel pump, to clogged injectors or a number of other problems. What I have mentioned are conditions that are not that difficult to correct, with the exception of the pump. You may check out what I have mentioned, and if you discover that it is something else, you will probably have to have a diagnostic check.

1990 f150 w/5.8 FI motor, idles good, take on road, it boggs down

Have you changed the tps? The tps is like a dimmer switch with the idle being the lowest setting and everything above that being progressively stronger. If the switch is bad it will not advance spark or gas flow.
