Inter through the back seat. If the lock is broken you could unlock from the inside of the trunk.

I have just opened the locked boot lid of my 1999 5 door hatch. Megane from the inside, at centre of lock is a black plastic moulding in the centre of which is a 3/4 in. pad with 3 vertical stripes between 2 vertical fins. Using a short thick screwdriver lever this up from the bottom until it clicks open. Spray with silicone behind pad and around pushbutton on outside of boot.

Why wont my car boot wont open on my citren berlingo ?

Can you give a check to the micro switch that is connected to your boot lock?
If the catch gets stuck, open your drivers door, leave it open, reach across & press down the lock on the passenger front side. The locks will lock/ unlock themselves, because they sense a door is open. Repeat this action until you hear the boot unlock. Also, keep your battery well-charged.
Let us know if this helps!!

Go into boot from rear seat and you will find a red plastic cord in the tailgate trim( sometimes under a plastic cover) pull the cord and boot opens. Locking solenoid will be faulty.

Cant open the boot no keys for MX5 1991

Sounds like you have the "Valet" key for your car, which has only limited access. You need to get the "Primary" key for your vehicle, but I am not sure how you would go about doing so.

pull up the rear seat (the bit you sit on ) , it is held in place with pop fasteners , so just pull it up the way. underneath is a cord with a loop to pull to open the boot catch.
