I would start with the Mass Air Flow sensor.  It is located on the air intake line just after the air filter on the way to the engine.  You can take the lines off both sides of it and spray it out with carb cleaner.  You will have to clear the codes after that.  If that doesn't fix it you might have to replace the Mass Air flow Sensor.  Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Fault codes, PO300, PO171 and PO174

The Po300 is a random misfire code where the PCM is picking up the misfires. The other two codes are lean mixture codes. More than likely these are due to bad intake manifold gaskets allowing unmetered air to enter the engine causing the engine to lean out and possibly run a little rough when cold.

SOURCE: Error codes appeared on 2003 GMC Yukon PO170

Check the intake manifold gaskets for leakage. It will tend to run rougher in the morning when it is cold. Check for vacuum leaks on any hose connected to the intake plenum too.

SOURCE: riding rough what do i change with these codes

171 and 174 are lean mixture codes, 300 is a random misfire (any cylinder). Check for a vacuum leak, listen for a hissing noise with engine idling.

Check for engine vacuum leaks, use a can of spray carb cleaner, if you hit on a vacuum leak the engine idle will change. Repair *** necessary.

I have a 2000 Nissan Xterra with 2 error codes: PO325 and PO303. What needs to be repaired/replaced?

P0325 knock sensor 1 circuit malfunction bank 1 or 1 sensor, the knock sensor should be check/replaced. You can buy Haynes Repair Manuals at Pepboys that will walk you throught the process step by step.
P0303 is a cylinder misfire in cylinder 3 which may mean it could either be the spark plug, coil or the injector.

2000 Nissan Xterra, v6 4x2 automatic. have a problem had code po325, and po306 come up, the car will not start. changed the spark plug, distributor cap and rotor. the xterra trys to turn on but it sounds...

You got a timing chain
Injector cleaner,in my opinion is a waste of money
PO306 could be a missing coil on cyl #6,still should start
PO325 Knock Sensor-most likely okey
Plugs, cap and rotor, will not prevent it from starting,it used to run with old parts, before the current problem!

I suggest you make sure you got the plug wires on correctly and number them with a ball point pen,on both ends.
Make a diagram of the dist cap wire locations.
Check out the TPS Sensor and make sure you have all intake ducting in place. You need the MAF Sensor in the system to run have it run
Have you checked fuel pressure? The pump may be going bad

More than likely, you've got a leaking or deteriorated PCV tube connection (hole in a vacuum hose) which will cause the engine to run a little rought at idle. Look for a small hole in any rubber hoses between the PCV valve on the crankcase and the engine's intake near the firewall at the back of the motor. This should resolve the PO174 (fuel trims) code and PO300 (misfires). Also the PO1153 has to do with exhaust sensors and since you've changed the sensors you probably have an exhaust leak before the sensor, probably a bad exhaust header gasket.

Lack of fuel when accelerating

This might help. It looks like you O2 sencor had gone bad or the signal has and causing multiple mis fire. according to your codes.
PO171 System too Lean (Bank 1

PO174 System too Lean (Bank 2)

PO300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

Causes of PO300
Fuel injectors, related wiring, sensors and computer issues
Running out of gas, or poor fuel quality
Evaporative emissions system (EVAP) concerns: fuel vapors leaking into engine
Incorrect Fuel Pressure
EGR system concerns

I'ld start with chaning the O2 sensors first but sheck for bad wire connection. Hope this helps and good luck
