Question about Hyundai Motor 2003 Elantra
I hit a curb and the front left wheel has been pushed backwards towards the rear of the car, so the tyre is pushing against the wheel well. I replaced the broken tire, and the spare is in the same position. What exactly is damaged.
You bent the lower control arm and sounds like the inner and outer tir rods

The fuel shut switch is located at the left of the brake master cylinder (near the top plate of the front left shock)

SOURCE: Noise coming from front of car
It sounds exactly like a wheel bearing problem. The right side its seems would be the problem. When you turn right it puts more pressure on the bad bearing making it louder. I would suggest replacing both. If on is gone the other one isn't far off. Hope this helps

SOURCE: Growling/Roaring Noise Front End
sounds like a wheel bearing. typically when you take weight off bad bearing noise goes away. to replace bearing you will need a press to get it off and on

SOURCE: Negative rear right camber
If you bought this vehicle second hand then you need to get your vehicle checked for crash damage. Your insurer can do a check on a vehicle register for a small cost, but that is only if the vehicle was damaged AND repaired/written off via an insurer. this does not guarantee that the vehicle has never been in an accident, you need to look underneath to see if there are any kinks, tears or ripples that don't look quite right. But I would advise taking to a professional repair shop for a good look over.
If the bolt has been replaced, and the readings are correct, then you should be safe enough, just drive steady. But if you are suspect of this vehicle get it checked .
