I would also check the fuel filter, if it is beginning to stop up the car will run fine at low speeds but run out of fuel at higher RPM's/Speeds.

SOURCE: obd2 code p0300 on mazda protege 2002

Just had one of these with a maxima, the code is multiple random misfire, when a misfire occurs, to start is do the basics, replace the plugs, check fuel pressure, clean throttle body, and coolant is topped up. also I have seen if the O2 sensor is not working correctly is can cause a misfire, you will need a scan tool to look at what the O2 sensor is doing, o rby back probing the sensor (don't damage the O2 sensor wires). If it wires replace them as well, if it has coils they usually dont give that code if one fails, it will pinpoint that a certain coil if one fals.

I just had the transmission fluid and filter changed on my 2002 lincoln ls now the vehicle is overheating very quickly, what could be the problem?

Check for obd2 codes & see if the trans temp
sensor shows up
If you had the trans fluid then you got problems
& may have to change the trans solenoid pack
If your asking about the motor then it is a different
unrelated issue

My 2002 Lincoln LS v6 Lost Engine Power,Traction Control Light was flashing & ABS light Came on! ANY IDEA?

Had the same problem with my 2002 Lincoln LS, it was a bad wheel speed sensor. The right front wheel bearing had some play in it, so I had the hub assembly replaced. The hub assembly comes with a new wheel speed sensor attached. After I replaced the hub assmbly with sensor, the ABS and Traction Control lights went off. No problem since!

Service engine light keeps coming on. Shows pressure sensor is bad ?

You have to have, all vehicle problems involving any
OBD2 light on the dash, checked out in a couple of
days. Don't keep driving it,you have a possible
system malfunction
Need the code to give you ideas
Just get it checked out
If it is a transmission problem, I wouldn't even drive it.
I have owned a trans repair business and I own a 2004
LS V8.

Have 2001 mercury sable LS changed plugs, wires, egr valve after the computer said it was egr valve. still have a bucking problem. what could it be?

Computers do not diagnose your vehicle
They do not tell you what is wrong or what
to replace.

Study OBD2 Systems

You just got an EGR Code, that
had to be diagnosed

I need to find the right side sparks in my linncoln ls 2002 v6. im doing a tuneup but i cant find 3 of the sparks , i think those are under the air pipes so do i have to remove all that to change the...

No such thing as Sparks

On a V6 Lincoln L/S--you will have to remove the intake manifold, to get to the valve cover and the 3 Plugs.

Also No TUNE-UP--that left 30 years ago,with the introduction of OBD1 (1980 thru1995) and OBD2 (1996 thru 2011)
There is NO Tuning or adjusting going on,on any vehicles, for the last 25 years.
Education and an Owners Manual will help All vehicles are computer controlled.

Ylinders Misfiring

you have to give it a tune up!!! According to your computer one of your plugs is fouled up so bad it cant get spark. So go to autozone go buy plugs, wires. thats the cheapest way. but if you want to get better gas mileage and keep your car in good running condition get the cap and rotor, and pcv valve, and a fuel filter. This is what u replace in a true tuneup. but if your tight for money right now just do those plugs and wires.

Lincoln ls 04 check enging light is coming on and wrench light

You will need a OBD2 code reader, that will give you a "trouble code" then that will tell you what direction to look in, for the problem.
