    Central locking, electric windows, and boot release not working. The guy I bought off told me some fuses were removed because alarm kept sounding continuously. Any help greatly appreciated

98 Escort 2.0 ran good til now.It started to lose speed and slowed almost to a stop acting like a gas restriction.Turned it off a few minutes to look for problem and it ran normal again about 3 miles. Had to shut off every 3 miles and wait few minutes to get home.Replaced fuel filter, relay and Coil.No codes or vacuum leak. After 30 miles,same problem.Now problem filling gas tank.Are these related?

98 Ford Escort, alarm / horn malfunctioning. When locking the doors with the FOB, hitting the lock button twice used to have a quick beep of the horn. Now, the horn blows until I push the horn actuator on the steering wheel, which will stop it. Thoughts?
