  2. Raise the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a transmission jack.
    • Fuel line from the front of the tank
    • Ground strap
    • Inboard side of the fuel tank straps and front T strap fastener and lower the tank about 6 inches
    • Fuel lines from the fuel pump module

SOURCE: low speed fan relay for the 2005 chrysler town and country

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

I'd check fluid as required by Owner's manual no manual? Try MFG website or email their customer service, or try
manualslib.com
Otherwise you may need professional inspection to save the transmission. Also could be bad linkage and or bushings on the linkage to the transmission. Could be a similar problem with the shift lever itself, or an adjustment problem.

Check the battery terminals for corrosion. Also this could be the neutral switch. Try holding the shift lever firmly into park, Next try starting in neutral.

Fan is stuck on panal and wont move to any other setting. Its a 2003 town and country.

The controller that changes the output of the air is run by vacuum. There might be something that fell in the heater from the defrost vents or it could be a vacuum leak, broken lever, loose lever etc. To check this you need to get to the plenum. It is behind the glove box.

Chrysler town& country modle 1997 transmission cannot shift into L and 3

Could be a couple things. It could be that the transmission selector switch is bad,or is not making a good connection at the connector.Or,it could be in the steering column, that the selector/shifter control is broken.

96 town and country wont turn over and shift indicator does not show park

It sounds as if your shift cable is out of adjustment. If you remove the air filter box and the hose at the throttle body you will be able to access the transmission shift lever, on top of the ******.Loosen the cable adjusting screw that is on the lever. Pull the lever all the way to its detent position which is Park. Release the parking brake and rock the vehicle to assure that it is in Park lock. Reset parking brake. In the cab, place the Shift lever in the Park position, return under the hood and tighten the cable adjusting screw. Your van will only start when the transmission is in Park or Neutral. Hope this helps! Dan Williams

Ignitin switch will not move with key How do you you replace.... remove the old one

Before you do anything with the ignition key check the gear shift lever is not stuck in gear or there is no problem with the transmission. I am assuming you have an automatic transmission.

The gear position P sensor might be faulty. There is an interlock between gear shift and the ignition switch.

My trans is stuck in second gear. Is that what

The town and country vans are know for transmission problems and it would not be stuck in 2nd gear if it was in limp mode. Limp mode typically controls the engine. I have seen people do a transmission flush/filter and add lucas to temporary fix the problem. There is also a good chance that the transmission has a solenoid problem preventing it from shifting into any other gears but second. Hope this helps!
