SOURCE: front spindle nut torque spec?
The Grand prix axle nut torque is 118 ft lbs.
It is the same torque value for the three different engines that came on the Grand Prix that model year.

284 ft-lbs. I dont remember the years but there is an updated wheel bearing form some suppliers. These will have an updated torque spec. If there was not a not in the box for the new bearing than 284 is the number. The updated bearing is 173 ft-lbs. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!
