SOURCE: blower control switch

I had this same problem and it turned out to be a simple fix,my problem was the hot wire contact on the blower itself.Fix was cleaning the contact w/sandpaper and replacing the part on the hot wire that connects to it.

SOURCE: 2002 F-150 blower motor stopped working.

There are 4 things to check out to pin point the problem: the switch it's self, the blower relay switch, resistor block, and the blower motor it's self. good luck

SOURCE: 2001 honda civic a/c blower does not work nor does compressor

you could have a bad relay. Try googling the location of the blower relay in your particular make and model.

Pump relay location

From the Haynes repair manual:
'access to the relays can be obtained after removing the drivers side lower facia then remove the two plate screws (one either end) and lower the plate complete with relays'. Some relays are at the rear of the engine (the second box left to the nearside suspension strut) as your looking into the engine (under a cover)

The fuel pump works off of these fuses/relays:
Pin 5 goes to fuse no. 32
Pin 10 goes to fuse no. 34
Fuses are fed from relay no. 109

Hope this helps, a diagram of the footwell is here:

How do i check to see if the fuse went out for my heat

Do you want to know why the blower doesn't work? If so, start at the underhood junction block and check the 30A BLO MOT maxi fuse which feeds power to the blower control module. Next, at the instrument panel junction block, check the 10A CSTR/SBM fuse and the 10A HVAC fuse. Both of these supply power to the heater and A/C programmer and the HVAC fuse also supplies power to the heater & A/C control. If all fuses are OK and everything is operating except the blower motor, check the voltage across its BLK and RD leads. The blower motor may be no good

My fan blower works only on high

This may help. 10A fuse 6 and 10A fuse 12 in the passenger compartment junction block protect the blower. While you're at it, check 10a fuse 25 which protects memory power in the A/C control module. The 10A BLOWER fuse in the engine compartment junction block applies 12V power to the blower relay, not the high blower relay which, from your description, is working. If the fuses are OK, the blower relay is suspect. Also, the A/C control module may be defective.

My Skoda Octavia '97 lighter don't work.

The lighter socket has a separate fuse. I'm not really sure where the cockpit fuse panel is located in your model (didn't have myself), but I'm sure it should be documented in the owners manual.
Later models had the fuse panel at the left dashboard side which is accessible from the opened drivers door. (UK: possibly mirrored) I can imagine the early octavia still has the fuse panel under the dash either at drivers or passenger side. This was usual for a long time.

Heater a/c blower doesn't work - fuse OK

Probably the Blower relay on the housing in the engine compartment. About $25.00 bucks at the dealer.
2 screws and a plug.
