Power windows, dome lights, sunroof don't work in 05 mercury montego(passenger side mirror started to smoke when I released the trunk from key fob engine off)

Your fuse most likely popped. The smoke in your mirror is probably a short. The wires to the mirrors light are very thin. They do tend to break and cause a short. Check the wires before replacing the fuse, it may cause a fire.

Rear passenger tire smoking and very hot

smoking tyres ( unless you are doing burn outs) run very hot and smoke because they have been running flat or well underinflated . This over heats the tyre and the inside breaks down and then tyre is ruined and has to be replaced.. Have the tyre shop check for puncture material.

Air comes out colder on left than right and back

Well you say you do not have dual zones. so you can not adjust temperature for passenger side, there are no temperature dials for the passenger side, only one that controls both driver and passenger. if this is the case then you may just be low on Freon gas, that would be the first thing i would have tested as the rear is hot also.
Another thing that would cause the rear to be hot would be a bad blend door to rear or an expansion valve, the first step is to find out why you get hot air out of passenger side lets forget about rear for now, you do not have dual zones and drivers side is cold and passenger side hot, that is something when you do not have dual zones, so start with making sure the system is full, a low system can cause your problem. hope this is helpful good day.

Just completed new back pads. Screwed in rear pistons with the tool and adjusted the parking brake. went for a test ride and rear passenger rim and rotor hot and smoking?

you may have to pull that side off and see if the caliper piston moves back in place freely,if not then you will have to replace that caliper and bleed the system.some times when you move the piston back when installing new brakes the piston seal rolls and causes the piston to stick/seize when the pedal is applied.

Changed rear disk pads on 04 explorer and not passenger side rear wheel is smoking driver side is fine? what should I be looking for?

I would lean towards the caliper being frozen up on that side. When its hot take the wheel off and see if the rotor is really hot (CAUTION IT MIGHT BE EXTREMELY HOT) If it is, time to change the caliper.

Heating and Air System

You are leaking your coolant with Antifreeze in into your passenger cabin

Sounds like the linkage to your rear heating unit is holed, broken or loose.

If you keep running it like that you will over heat and have a break down. You need to check where the leak is coming from. May be the rear heater matrix which may be costly. If so do you use the rear heat ? you could take a pipe and cut out the rear heater matrix altogether if you don't want to pay to replace it, but either way you have to stop the leak it will be fatal to the car if you continue to drive it around. The temperature needle may not be moving cause the fluid may not be covering the sensor any more hence it can't sense how hot the engine is.
