Driver Air Bag Circuit Resistance High. Most likely caused be a bad clockspring between steering wheel and steering column.

NOTE: Most faults are due to connector and/or wiring concerns. Carry out a thorough Inspection and Verification before proceeding with the Pinpoint Test.

Your best bet is to take this problem to a ASE certified repair shop .

Air bag light on code 32 try too reset srs dont work


The seat is not part of the srs system

Have to diagnose two different problems

You don't reset things on vehicles,you diagnose
failed systems,make the repair & then clear all codes
& data,not resetting anything

Air bag light gose on


Code 32 is a code only avail in factory manuals,
under the appropriate system with the failure

You can not solve from home,has to be diagnosed at a shop with reference material

I have all the factory manuals for my 2004 LS & professional
scan tool software,but that is the exception & 50 years with cars
mostly as a hobby & some as a shop owner, keeping up with technology

I have 2002 lincoln lse v8 when driving on highway no over heating problems ,going slow inside town start overheating what could be the problem tkanks


Fans are not coming on for the radiator so when your at a stop no air is flowing through the radiator. Check to make sure the fans are kicking on before the car starts to overheat.

My 2002 lincoln lse v8 3.9 L doesnt send fuel to the engine.fuel pump is new & it is working.fuel pump relay is also good.any body got any ideas I need help please


If the fuel pump is new then it could just be your fuel filter which is a cheap fix so id try that first. Or it could be your fuel injectors.

My 2002 Lincoln LSE check engine light is blinking. It was solid briefly, but is now blinking. The car is sputtering, especially as I increase in speed, and in 2nd and 3rd gears. My bf accidently put...


The blinking is a single that continued driving without fixing the problem may ruin the emission systems and the motor itself. It needs to go to a qualified repair shop to be checked out.

Probably code 32 which has to do with the egr system. Check you vacuum lines.

SRS light came on by itself and stays on now.


there is a fault in the system thats why light is on take car to dealer for diognostic checks,( you dont want the air bag popping up on you)

I have a 32 code in my 2002 lincoln ls.the function on my steering wheel all work and the connector under the seat seems fine as weel


If all is fine, try resetting the codes and see if it comes back again.
The flashing SRS light it called an LFC code. The reason you are getting different information is that it does not pinpoint a defective part - but that you have either a open circuit or a short.... so many things can cause this.
here are the codes:

B1932 32 8 Driver Air Bag Circuit Resistance High
B1993 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Ground
B1992 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Battery or Ignition
B1994 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance
B1995 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Resistance Low

Typically, a 32 is a broken or open wire, and a 36 is a short.

So that is why a 32 is usually the connector under the driver seat (to the driver position sensor in the seat) since the seat moves back and forth all the time (with easy-entry) - the wires break causing it to go 'open circuit'.
the 36 is usually a short - so when the clock-spring fails - it's actually a ribbon cable in the steering column that wear through - causing multiple wires to rub through bare and short to each-other.
but - since this is an electircal circuit - any bare wire could cause
