white exhaust is caused by either large amounts of water or fuel running through the engine,
1, an injector that is stuck open
2, water entering the cylinder through an intake or head gasket or a crack in the engine block, cylinder head, or the intake manifold
Pull the vacuum line of the transmission modulator valve. If there's oil in the line, the diaphragm in the modulator valve is cracked and engine vacuum is pulling trans fluid into the engine intakee
you might have a vacum leak take a can of starting fluid and spray it around the plenum or big black box on top of engine your van will start to hesitate when it sucks the spray into the engine now you can find the leak a little better or you can take the main vacum line off of the break booster and blow smoke into the hose until you see smoke coming out of the bad spot
the hold down bolts are around 49lbs with blue lock tight on the threads. cv shaft is around 110lbs. im unsure of the exact specs but these have worked for me for many windstars :)
