You have to get it to open in order to fix it. So unlock it manualy by climbing in and pulling up on the fob that sticks out... you may need to use a screwdriver to grip it...
Once open , take the panel off and inspect the locking mechanisms cotrole rods. They are held on by plastic clips and bind on occassion.

Chances are you have a bad solder joint on the little board. If youre handy you can fix it but if not then it needs to be replaced.

Lock actuator on the rear hatch may be bad, I had to replace 3 actuators all at one on my van. I have the same problem with my drivers door you are having with your doors, today I'm gonna pull the door panel off and check the wiring and voltage.

1) Put the key in the ignition and turn to the "ON" position. Leave it that way for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the key and take it out. Repeat this process (2) more times (3 times, 30 minutes total) This should reset the passlock system to recognize your key

Power door locks won't work

You need to have someone or yoursef check the body control module with a compatible scan tool. Thats where the problem you are having resides. It may need a software update or replacement. You can also disconnect the battery for a few minutes, that will cause the BCM to reset and may fix it.
