The turbo air cooler has 3 or 4 bolts that hold it in place & some pipe clips
you will find the glow plugs near the inlet manifold
they one wire to all 4 do one at a time
umdo the nut remove wire undo glow plug then replace the new ones .
if this info no good you can see youre local mechanic this job is not espensive to be done
thanks lee.

Jaguar x type 2 litre diesel. how often should the glow plugs be changed?

Hi, glow plugs does not need changing unless the vehicle struggles to start in the morning or when cold. When testing the glow plugs, they should not take longer then about 5 seconds to become red hot.

Diesel rodeo dies and lack power when cold and in winter

Try changing the fuel filter and get the glow plugs checked or replaced .Diesel goes a little waxey in colder weather making it harder to go through the filter .
Hope this helps.

Since you're running diesel, you might need an engine block heater. Even the largest vehicles need to keep the block warm when the winter temperatures drop. It keeps the engine oil & fuel looser.
