There are 2 handles on the back of the seat where it attaches to the floor. If you hold the button on the handle and push it down it should release the seat from the floor. After this it just rolls out the back. Same for the middle seat if you need to remove it.

just pull up the lower seat in the back where the seat meets the back rest. and their will be two or maybe three bolt undo those and push up on the seat.Don't worry about being gental nothing to break on anything

Assuming you are reffering to the push rods. When engine is operating these rods spin around. They ar stuck, spray some liquid lock wrench into the rods, wait a couple days then try turning them by hand.
