SOURCE: how to remove rear seats of 1970 dodge challenger

most older cars.... push the bottom of the seat towards the back of the car and it should unlatch, then lift up. th eback may or may not have a bolt to hold it down, but you lift it straight up and it should come out.

SOURCE: how can i remove door skin on '97 dodge caravan

you don't remove the door skin, you remove the interior door panel. Find and remove all screws in door panel, they will be located under panel, behind interior door handle, armrest area, you might have to remove plastic plugs that have screws behind them. Panel will have plastic clips all around perimeter, panel will pull towards you from edges to release these clips, lift panel up and it will come off. You will have to disconnect any wiring. now you can get into the door to get to window regulator and motor.

SOURCE: how to remove a door lock from a 1970 dodge d-100

should be pretty straight forward,

full the door trim off (usually just scews or torx scews)
(you may have trouble with the manual window regulator, advance sells a tool for like 6 bucks that'll help you get it off....or you can wedge a small rag under it and pull hard to dis-engage the clip that holds it on....this is rather difficult, i suggest buying the tool)

when you say door lock i assume you mean the locking mechanism that does the actual locking

so to get that off there are usually two screws on one side and maybe one more on the inside

then make sure you get it disconnected from the rods that open/close the door and you should be good to go

Hope this helps,
Thomas

What is the mechanical fuel pump pressure supposed to be for a 1970 340 6-pack T/A Challenger?

Hello Steve Lemke,

My guess would be you are all EXQUISITE if you are at
6 PSI & 20 to 30 GPH @ 1800 RPM.

That was the red engine, not the blue... I have THE FACTORY books buried in the basement...

I've seen two: 6 to 7.5 (not to exceed)
and
Manual pump pressure (psi): 4 to 5.5 psi

Hope this helps.

How to take the outer door skin off

If you take off the outer door skin you will have to replace it. They are folded the welded around the inner frame. Generally a door skin removal tool is used to cut/grind the skin off. There are several youtube videos on this process as it is difficult to explain step by step.
