Question about 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
While driving on the road at about 50-60 mph, the rpm at about 1500 - 2100 rpm, as it automatically shift to over drive, the rpm waive or stalls, as though it is starving for air or fuel. I changed the maf sensor, it help a lot but the rpm still seem to waive or stall.

Check the plug on the MAF.Wiggle it while its running......see if it stalls or jerks.
Or.......replace the MAF if the plug/wire connections are good to it.
The other 2 codes will not stall the engine.
Remember.....all cars run on used parts.
A good used MAF can be had a lot cheaper than new.

It is stalling due to the Idle Air Control Valve being plugged up and not stepping. The IAC is an easy replacement part and will increase your gas mileage.

When this happens, look for a light on the dash that says "security". If you see this, check out this link. That light indicates your problem. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/
