I have a 2003 chevy malibu and ever since 52000miles the rocker arm studs keep comeing out of the head I now have a little over 100K and this the forth time one hase come out this had to be a factory flaw...

Check with the dealer's service Dept. There may be a technical service bulliten on this problem. As far as trying to have a lemon law involved, I think it's way to late.
I have see a few rocker studs pull out over the years, most of the time a locking sealant cures the problem when repaired.

I just bought a used saturn from a private dealer, my transmission recently started slipping. they are now saying that the connector(computer) sensor (pin) needs to get repair? Is this correct? And what is...

First, they don't make Saturns any more,SO, you bought one!

Forget a warrantee,it is 8 years old

Any slipping of a transmision, means it won't
last long and has been slipping for some time

Hopefully a wiring issue

Don't drive it until resolved

Problem every year and a half i have to fix cataytic convertor this is my third attempt can i file lemon law or something

For a vehicle to be eligible for lemon law , it must have the same failure three times within the base factory warranty. All the repairs within the warranty period must have been preformed by the dealer with factory parts and you cannot have declined any maintenance that was recomended by factory.IE if they say you should replace spark plugs at 30k and you declined the repair then they can say the cat failure was due to lack of maintenance.

Have i been sold a lemon

lets look at obvious someone who put car together ran it like a fast and furious car the first thing i would do is buy a new alternator and then take to a tech with computer software to reset the mazda engine back to factory settings i believe that when they sold to dealer the person removed all aftermarket equipment and left the computer with the running parameters not reseting it back to factory settings i believe that this is your trouble
if a computer factory reset didnt work then i would say yes they sold you a lemon
this engine seriously upgraded for this particular car
