My cruise control was working fine until my transmission went out and I replace it on a 1994 ninety eight oldsmobile.

Follow the vac. hose from the cruise servo to the three way connector. They usually fall apart and need to be replaced. No vacuum no cruise!

How to replace cruise control switches on 98 . ford explorer.

More likley you want to have the transducer or the electronic equivalent checked first. The actual lever and controls rarely malfunction. However if someone has indeed pulled the lever out, it should snap back into place with a slight inward push towards the steering column. Best of luck, Dana

Cruise control

When my 1999 Cabrio was new the cruise control went out. It took the dealership and along with a VW expert 10 days to find a pinched harness assembly under the battery box.
