My Ford KA 2006 starts to make a rattling noise whenever press down the clutch or change gear while driving. Any reason?

Sounds like the thrust washer that activated the clutch is worn. Usually caused by constant resting ones foot on the clutch pedal.

How can i fix the squeak on the clutch on 2007 crv

Most likely the it is a worn clutch. Replace it as soon as possible before the metal parts start to wear out which can be expensive to fix. All manual cars needs clutch replacement at some point.

I had anew clutch in the hyundia in 2010 it seems to be slipping how long should it last can it be adjusted

Clutch life is determined by several factors, most of which you have control over. Excessive revs while slipping the clutch to move slowly, resting you foot on the clutch pedal instead of the foot rest, starting to move in 2nd instead of 1st, allowing the vehicle to run back when engaging the clutch to go forward. Assuming you do not do any of these things then it comes back to the clutch master cylinder being faulty and a compensating port is blocked and holding the clutch partially disengaged. The clutch is not normally adjustable. I would check the condition of the fluid and if it is almost black I would replace the m/cyl. Find out if the m/cyl has been replace if possible

I have a 1994 F-250 xl, 5speed Manuel and its a gas job! I've only had it a few month and I've already had to change the release bearing 4 time(about once a month) why would the release bearing...

Release bearing are only supposed to work when you have your foot on the clutch pedal. If it keeps burning out then it is overworking. Some faults can be clutch pressure plate springs too strong. , Worn fingers on the pressure plate. No freeplay between clutch slave cyl and throwput arm. Faulty M/cyl or it can be as simple as driving with you foot resting on the clutch pedal instead of the foot rest

1991 GMC Sonoma manual transmission won't shift into gears, won't move, is it the clutch?

Usally when the clutch is bad, you still can shift gears. Check the slave cylinder or air in the fluid line. Good luck

I replaced my water pump at 90,000 miles. Do I have to replace it again at 180,000? I have 182,000 on my 1998 Honda Accord EX, 5 Speed. Also how long do the clutches last? Also the paint does start fading...

firstly replacement waterpump is not time sensitive, change it when it goes.
the clutch can last from 7seconds,foot rest, to 150k if driven long distances, sometimes longer,
the paint is water based and should be waxed every year to stop it fading too badly,(good maintenance always pays off.....)red/blue are the worse.

I have 67k miles on my hhr and he brakes squeak when i take my foot off the break pedal. what maintenance should be done at this point

I'd guess it's the warning squealer, letting you know you'll be needing new pads soon. Have them looked at.

The clutch engages at the top does this mean its in need of repair

YESsorry to tell you but if it drives all the way out and as soon as you rest your foot on it it starts to slip YES its no good and the only answer is replacement.. and replace with a kit {the whole lot not just the centre plate) as you will be wasting your time and money..

Teenager has worn out clutch in 1995 eclipse, again!!

common problem with people that do not let out the clutch at lights and put it in neutral. they sit at the light with the clutch pushed in. it wears out the clutch springs and burns the clutch.
