SOURCE: ac not blowing on the front vents

The most likely cause would be a problem with the vaccuum source. Most vehicles use a vaccuum source from the engine, in order to control the Climate Control mode. The default setting is for the Climate Control is for it to return to the defrost mode when there is no vaccuum. I'll bet that there is a bad vaccuum hose is leaking or has become disconnected.

SOURCE: a/c blows from floor

sounds like two problems. the ticking sound is probably a broken blend door stop. the wet floor is probably a bad heater core, both require dash removal.

SOURCE: 1976 cadillac eldorado ac is charged comp clutch

Sounds like the blend door actuator which diverts air from defrost,to bi-level,vent etc. It's vacuum driven and when it fails, it's usually an indication of a vacuum leak. To trace the leak, start the car, turn the AC on high and starting at the firewall in front of the passenger's side, trace the vacuum lines backward until a leak is detected. If no leak is detected, it's very likely that the blend door actuator is faulty and needs either repair or replacement. Best of luck.

SOURCE: my heat does not work cold air comes out in the

it might be the heater core, it can become clogged with engine debrie. the heater core is just like a small radiator the just passes anitfreeze in it and air passes throught it, that is how the air warms up

Did something fall down in one of the vents? Sounds like a blend door is not able to fully move for some reason. If it's still under warranty take it to the dealer.

behind the center counsel between the floor and the heater housing is a part that is called the blend door actuator. these usually go bad and have to be replaced.

Turned air condition on, went to turn it off (button out) light is still on and color of light is green when on or off 2009 kia rio.

I may be able to help but, I need some more information. When you turned on your A/C what was the vent selector set at (Floor, Face, Defroster)?

Most newer cars with A/C systems have a built in setting when you set your vent selector to Defrost mode (blowing on the windshield) that automatically turns on the A/C unit. This is normal due to the fact that a fogged up windshield is from water vapor and the A/C does an awesome job of drying the air so it can more effectively and quickly remove that annoying water vapor from your windshield so you can see better while driving.

Try changing the vent selector to full face vent (the vents from the dashboard that you can adjust) and switch on/off the A/C and see if that solves your problem.
