he fuse box is in the car on the passenger side under the glove box by your feet. Lay on your back and you will be able to see it. It is about 3" X 2", white with all the fuse info on the cover. Pop the cover and you will be able to read it better. Hard to read on your back.

replacing the headlights is easy. There is no need to adjust the afs, is is automatically done within the vehicle. Changing the bulbs doesn't affect the afs system at all.

VSC is Vehicle Stability Control. This is and electronic sensing which monitors and combines performance of braking, wheel slippage and handling, ect.
If this light comes on along with check engine light, it can be caused by a loose gas cap or faulty o2 sensor.
