U will need to replace the power seat transmission, the gears are most likely stripped out, not uncommon, this part is $800 so i would suggest u try to locate a used one.

there is a cable that is attached to that and goes down to a release in the bottom of the seat, find it and you will be able to release it.

motor had kicked the bucket. You will have to remove the lower portion of the back seat to remove the rear side panel to gain access to it
