You could have a fuel feed problem. If you have been working on the fuel pump etc. then you could have an air lock.
Pour a little petrol down the air cleaner and then start the engine, you may have to do this several times until the engine starts properly.

You may have a faulty fuel pump. loosen the fuel line and turn on the engine and if the fuel does not flow then the fuel pump is faulty.

SOURCE: 93 mazda mx6 (v6) no spark.

Coil resistance is not a good way to determine if the coil is good or bad. It might still need replacing. Check to see if your getting a pulse signal to the coil. You can do this by hooking a milivolt test light to the trigger wire and ground. If it doesn't flash as you crank the motor, check out your pickup coil in the distributor. Some of them you can change. Some you have to replace the entire distributor. Sometimes oil will leak into the distributors on certain models which use an optical pickup. If this is the case, change the seal to fix the oil leak and GENTLY clean the optical sensor and photo wheel.

Maxda mx6 injecting fuel but won't start. In fact no spark coming to the pugs when you crank the engine

Have you checked the CPS (Crank sensor)? If the sensor doesn't send the electrical pulse no spark goes to plugs. Use a code reader and plug into your ECU. See if it's send a code to computer.

1992 mx-3 v6 won't start. will hit sparaticly as if about to start but just won't catch. checked crank pos. sensor. need suggestions on how to proceed.

Check for a blue snapping spark on 2 or 3 plug wires(or all of them). If you get good spark, then ignition is likely not the problem. A weak or sporadic spark could be a bad coil or coil pack, or a bad ignition module (the ignitor).Check the coils with a volt-ohmmeter per the specs for your car. The ignitor can be tested at a parts store.
If spark is good, check fuel filter, fuel pressure, check timing marks on crank pulley and cam marks, Try a little starting fluid in the air intake and see if it runs for a moment. If so, then it's likely a fuel delivery problem. If no change, then it's likely an ignition circuit problem.
Good luck.

Car wont start

being 94' im sure it has high miles, cam and crank sensor common to fail over time do to wear and heat exposure. check the basic, make sure you getting fuel and sparks. fuel pump only work as long the engine is turning over due to the crank sensor sense the flywheel turning. crank sensor may be faulty. no sparks, check coil make sure is good and putting out 12v, auto zone can test it for free. good coil, than check cam sensor, cam sensor senses the cam turning and tell the ecu to tell the coil to disperse the sparks to the plugs. cam and crank sensors, there no way of testing it but replacing the unit unless you have the special equipment to test it; both is fairly cheap to replace, check ebay.
