U most likely blew a fuse, replace it, if the fuse goes again check the wiring to the radio refer to this wiring chart for color difinitions of radio wiring.

the rasy way to tell is if there is a cable for the parking brake on the caliper. no cable just compress. the piston.there is a cable then you will need to retract.
