My van is not starting has a click click click...rpms and spedometer go all the way over to the right and then back down, it is not the batterery, I assue, the lights and radio and all are working. When my husband put his diagnostic reader (I don't know what you call it) the cose P0700 came up.

Transmission control system is code 0700. What's the vans mileage? The clicking sound is classic dead battery indicator, and usually there is still enough battery power to run the radio and lights. I would recommend removing the battery, and bringing it to a parts store for a free test to see what the condition of it really is.

speed sensor. You can verify if it works with a "live data" scanner. Any good garage or mechanic may be able to hook it up and see.

Oil relatied engine problem...maybe? need help

The clicking sound is from lack of oil or lack of oil pressure. When the lifters pump out then they have too much slack in them and thus the clicking or tapping sound. Sorry to say this, but the engine is either very tired or the oil pump has about had it.

replace the left front wheel hub assy. with 4 wheel abs. The spedometer works off of the left front wheel sensor. It will fix the abs/brake light and the spedometer will start working
