VSS Wire : Yellow/Blue - Driver's Side Dash Footwell, Grey connector.




NOTES: 4000PPM

Vehicles with Manual Transmission require Clutch Switch.
Some vehicles may require a speed signal generator and/or other parts/adapters not listed above.
Rostra® Cruise Control module switch settings may differ if you use a speed signal generator or magnets and a pick up coil.

1995 mercedes benz e420 turn signals and flashers stopped working suddenly

check fuses then relays if those are fine most likely the switch has gone bad but i am pretty sure fuse

Have a 94 mercedes e420, starts and idles until you give it gas then it cuts out, have replaced both fuel pumps and filter, still does it, what could be the problem

engine wiring harness or the EHA(because of the same bad wiring in them). from 93-95 all cars from overseas were forced by the US to use a biodegradable wire insulation. After many years of engine heat and age it crumbles off the wire itself and shorts out. Each component if it is bad is 900-1500 dollars from the dealers that will cost you 1800-3000 to replace.

Spin fuses to clean corrosion off of them or replace with the new aluminum style.
