Fuel system is shut down
Put key in drivers door, turn to lock and then to unlock and try to start, if it still does not start use a different key.

all dash lights keep coming on and either stay on or flash until you step on brake....also the dinger keeps dinging until you press on the brake.....we have had a tech work on it but have no idea whats going on.....HELP

Yes there is a bypass. Costs about $200.00. You should be able to put the key close enough to the cylinder to get the security to go off. I don't know what you did to get the cylinder out. but there is a chip mounted to the steering column. once the key is close enough to it it will let the car start. If you broke the chip getting the cylinder out then you have some money to put out to get it running.

It can disable the starter and/or the injectors/fuel. There are ways to bypass these systems. You can do it yourself too. Ive personally done dozens of these bypasses, and they work great. Good luck

You could try to reset the main computer by disconnecting the power cable from the battery press on the brake for 10 seconds then return the power cable to the battery
