The heater blower motor should be located on the passenger side of the vehicle on the firewall should be rounded shape and has three wires going to it . There should be five screws that hold it in place.

Hi the chances are its not a fuse thats gone its more likely going to be that the motor has seized this happens if it hasnt been used for a while.
If you look inside the fuse box you should see printed on the inside lid the location of all the fuses and if its not written on the inside of the fuse box then the chances are it is going to be written inside the owners hand book, so look in their and then check the fuse for that part.
If you cant find any fuse location instructions then just look inside the fuse box and replace any fuses that are blown if you find any then if it is a fuse you will find a blown one and then should solve your problem.
So if you find no blown fuse then the chances are its going to be the motor this would need testing to see if you hed power going to it if their is no power going to the motor then this would indicate the switch itself was faulty and would need replacing.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

If it were me, I'd make a lot of noise-that car is not that old to have a blocked drain-sounds like they are trying to get out of what they should cover, and they chose to treat the cause and not the problem (blower motor failure)-you might only have a bad relay or blown fuse, but I would think they should have checked that out-ask them if they did. Tell them that a plugged drain hose in a 3 year old car is the manufactures fault, and it caused the blower motor to short out-therefore, it should be covered, and call Ford directly if you get no satisfaction-there is no reason that should have happened.
