SOURCE: Self ADjusting Clutch Cable
Your car uses a hydraulic clutch, they are self adjusting and there is no way to adjust them provided, when the pedal engages near the top of its travel this means the clutch disk is worn out.

There are some free Honda Service Manuals online for some years. http://www.hondahookup.com/manuals/
You have to register to download. Once registered, the list of available manuals turn into links. If that list doesn't have it, then try googling 'honda service manual' and go through the results. The download address above has the honda service manuals and supplement used by the dealers so they're pretty thorough.
