### What is the weight of the liquid paraffin in a cylindrical can of 5cm diameter and 150mm height

Come on, where's your school boy maths? Formula is Pi R Squared x Height. Therefore 3.142 x 2.5cm(radius) squared x 15cm = 294.56 cubic centimetres, call it 295.
Water weighs 1kilo at 1 litre so approx 295cc's will be 295 grams, if thats any help? If not substitute the true weight per mL or cc of paraffin because there are various grades of paraffin If you do it in old imperial, 1 english gallon of water is 10 lbs.

### How many yards in a ton?

As a rule of thumb, you can multiply the cubic yards by a factor of 1.4 to get tons. But remember, yards is a measure of volume where tons is a measure of weight. Thus, depending upon the material being calculated, true weight can vary greatly. Obviously a yard of wet sand will weigh far more than a yard of dry sand, as water is more dense and has more weight than the sand it displaces in the volume. Large crush stone may weigh far less than pea gravel for the same volume as there is less air gap around the gravel than there is around the large crush. If you need a true weight of a yard of some material, you would have to know its weight in a particular volume and then calculate from that value.

### I replaced the engine in my 98 and have a 10 gram weight that I don't remember removing. Where does it go?

hi, ummmm a ten gram weight...well i don't think there is anything like that in the engine or on the engine, this will possibly be off one of your wheels, if it has a piece of metal like a hook, this fits between the tyre and the rim, if it just has a sticky rear, these are normally glued onto the inside of the rim if you have alloy wheels, so, i think you are quite safe engine wise, you just might have out of balance wheels....hope this helps
