I have a ford fiesta 05 plate the central locking has stop working. It started off by locking its self and now doesn't work at all, i change the battery in the key but it made no difference.

first is it remote or key operated
if its remote operated try changing the battier in the key
if its key opperated try useing the other front door if it works from that side its the pick up sensor on the lock at fault

if your talking about locking with the remotes.try reprogramming them.cycle the ignition key from run to off 8 time within 10 seconds ending in the run position.the horn should honk.now you are in programing mode.hit the lock button on the first remote then hit the lock button on the second remote.and tunr the key off

hi i would start by checking if there is a relay, it seems that there is a delay on the pressure pump that is supposed to shoot the door pins up.
