What is and where is the body modulator on 2003 ford expedition

Check above the fuse panel on the drivers side. I am not sure what year they changed the GEM Modules location. They were known to get wet and fail. Not sure if yours is in that category. I would have to check at work.

Door locks stopped working

do you get the master panel wet(drivers side main switch) I would get a new master switch from a junk yard( about $20). If that isnt it, check your fuses under the dash and relays under the hood(black box)

check your fuses. when lots of things suddenly stop working at once usually means you have a blown fuse.
