Wow! Amazing that it seemed to run fine 'til that tank of regular. Good u checked the codes as suggested, did the check engine light ever go on? Glad it's ok, and thanks for the update!

try this it may work for you. disconnect the battery , plug in the sensor and reconnect the battery
also make sure the sensor is installed with the air flow going the rite way
