Replace the bulb with the correct one, sounds like you have a single filament bulb where a double filament bulb goes and it is back feeding power through the parking light system when you turn on the signal.

SOURCE: right read blinker/break light dont work, turn signal blinks rapidly

It's the bulb. There are two filliments in the bulb. One is for when you turn your lights on and the other is for breaking and blinker flashing. When the break filliment goes bad it causes the blinker to flash very rapidly. 100% the bulb. Change it and all will be good again. P.S. if it were a fuse none of the break lights or blinkers would work.

SOURCE: left blinker blinks faster than the right. which

Flasher relays relies on bulb wattage for the speed of the blink.
You probably just have a blown bulb in the left rear blinker.:)

Why only left turning signal not blinking only when headlights on? green arrow pointing left seen but not blinking. When headlights off, both turning signals work perfectly,

It sounds as though you have a wiring problem around that particular light/signal.

Check the black earth leads to the light and the signal - it may be nothing more than a 'bad earth' due to corrosion where the earth wire connects to metal.

Check the main power wires, too. It should be an easy fix .. make sure the wires are clean and secure

1998 Dodge Durango, Headlights on, left turn sig on, but will not work. Turn headlights off, left turn signal works, but dash and radio lights fash to?

The headlight and turn signal are on two different switches and two different circuits. The main thing they both share is a ground connection.
I would check the ground and sockets for both the headlight and turn signal next.

Problem with turn signal when headlight is on

this sounds like a earthing problem , so check the wiring for the head lights, see if any wires are trapped between something, bare wire touching car body , anythingthat doesn't look correct, could also be the indicator lever itself with a problem , but check the headlight wiring first

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
