REPLACED WATER BOTTLE & CAP. AFTER SHORT DRIVE WHEN ENGINE IS SWITCHED OF PRESSURE BUILDS UP & WATER PUSHES OUT THROUGH BREATHER ON WATER BOTTLE. WATER LEVEL DROPS BELOW MIN. WHAT CAN BE THE...

Hi,lets start at the begining, resons for this can be,firmastat not working properly, fan switch not working properly so fan dose not switch on,waterpump not working properly so not pumping water around properly, radiater got sludge in it so is not cooling properly,or headgasket broken,
first start engine and wait for car to start up then when the tempreture gage gose up to normal running temp lisson for the fan if it dosnt come on proberly temp-switch for the fan,if fan dose come on switch engine off and check that the hoses to the rad are bouth hot,if that is ok,wait for the car to cool down a bit so you can take off the exspantion tank-cap put a cloth or some thing over the cap as there is a lot of presure and hot water,so be carfull not to burn yourself,
when done start car and look to see if the water is moveing around freely if so then the pump must be ok swich engine off, last one take of the oil-filler-cap and look at the oil it should be brown in coulor,if its a musterd coulor then it means the head-gasket has gone, well although ive sied all this thay have a tool on the market wich the garage use to pump presure in the water system wich shows up eney leeks,if you are loseing water apart from the bubbling water that comes out of the exspantion tank that will show it up,I wish you the best and hope its one of the miner jobs.

My 2000 mercury sable is over heating after I've replaced my radiator water pump and thermostat after replacing both cooling sensors the fans stopped working

Open the radiator cap with the engine running at temp and look for tiny air bubbles. If you see bubbles you have a blown head gasket.

Water leaking from heater core area, in engine compartment, near blower motor and ac components, what causes the leak?

ussually the problems is coused by too much pressure in the system or worn heather core hose or by a faulty water pump or blown head gasket check system for air buble while engine running if no air bubles change termostat and water pump and the problems should be gone.

1994 Dodge Spirit heater blowing cold but radiator is overheating

1st you need to make sure no air in your system open you radaiator cap and your heater to max and see if air bubles or circulation is going on fill up accordingly otherwise you have blockage in your system or water pump if no circulation ////make sure no bubles all bubles should be gone////look for coolant circulation in your radiator make sure your thermostat is not defective or placed in the right position.

Bubles in the claer line.

The clear line will be your fuel line. The pump would normally keep pressure on your injectors and consequently has no air. There is a non return(check) valve in the pump to keep fuel at you injectors. Sounds like this has failed. New or 2nd hand fuel pump required
