The factory code can not be changed (unless the module is changed),-only the secondary code that the user puts in is changeable. Look for the code in the user manual, trunk, or embossed on the module itself, or you are going to have to go to the dealer. They are the only ones with the equipment to read the code from the computer.

try the drive belts spray with wd40 or similar see if the sound changes .if so renew belt.

If the sensor was the problem you would have a check engine light on, the fan is operated by the powertrain control module which controls a relay module. You must have the dealer run a scan of the system ans do an active test on the fan operation to determine what is wrong.

Follow the Dark Blue/White wire or Brown/White wire from the Multifunction Switch to the wiper module according to the schematic.
Also, one can trace the wires from the windshield wiper motor to the wiper module by peeling away the wiring loom and looking for a Yellow/Red wire that leads to the module.

Windshield Wiper Motor Removal & Installation To Remove:

1. Remove the mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly.
2. Remove the windshield wiper motor cover.
3. Remove the clip.
4. Disconnect wiper transmission linkage.
5. Remove the bolts.
6. Remove the motor.

To Install:

1. Position the wiper motor.
2. Install bolts. Tighten to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
3. Connect wiper transmission linkage.
4. Install clip.
5. Install wiper motor cover.
6. Install mounting and pivot shaft assembly.

There is no ignition module. The ignition coils are controlled directly by the Powertrain control module (computer) located inside the vehicle above the drivers left foot and connected to the engine wiring harness thru the firewall

check to ensure the connection is secure at the light socket itself even jiggle the connection to ensure this dirt etc may cause a faulty connection ...also is this just one or both headlights

Separate mudula all together, your car may or may not be set up with the wiring ( factory wiring ) to install the system. Have your local Ford dealer run the VIN # to check.
