Very likely she has blown out the head gasket. If the motor lost a lot of cooling fluid, that is the most logical cause.
A leaking head asked will press out all cooling fluid.
Not the overheating caused damage to the head gasket, but the other way around. The leaking gasket, caused the overheating.

sounds like a blown head gasket. lust one over heat can blow a head gasket

Oil and coolant mixed usually means the engine is damaged.
Blown head gasket, or cracked block - head.
You may have coolant in the engine oil too.
I would not drive it.

Head gasket needs replaced

Some thing too check:
Make sure coolant level is up to line and clean (not dirty, do to clogged radiator, may need to be flushed or replaced).
Make sure air flow through the out side of radiator is clear (dirt, leaves, ect..) .
Make sure fan is working properly equip t (is not running too slow). Or Manual (belt driven) fan clutch is working properly, not loose or spinning too freely?
Check for broken or cracked fan blades itself.
Check radiator cap, (no gasket tears).
Could be thermostat going bad ?
Could be coolant temperature sensor/switch (from computer) going bad?
Check radiator hose(s) (too soft, may collapse)?
In some rare cases:
Timing could be off.
Could be water pump.
Could be blown head gasket(s).
Could have cracked head(s).

All the adjustments are made at the alternator.You need to loosen the top and bottom bolt and if has an adjuster behind the alternators top bolt then that needs to be backed off as well.Slide the alternator towards the block{may need to loosen the alternator bracket bolt at the head].Remove the belt and put on the new one .Adjust the belt until ther is about a 1/2" of play in it and test run,if it squeals after start up tighten it some more until the sqealing stops.

your relay fuse is going bad replace it asap or your going to have to replace your head gasket next

Blown head gasket. Find a good mechanic
