Question about 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee
One key fobik works, the other does mot
Put program key in ignition turn ignition switch to on position engine off for 3 to 15 seconds.you should hear acoustic signal and immobilizer lamp will flash then turn off ignition switch.you need two program keys to do this procedure twice. with in sixty second insert non program key in the ignition switch turn to on position engine off for at least with ten minutes you should hear acoustic noise immobilizer lamp flashing turn off ignition switch if all failed the dealership have to use diagnostic equipment to reprogram ignition key or keys.

a slim jim is not a good ideal to be using in todays cars and trucks with airbags everywhere and wires inside doors..call a pro and if he pulls out a slim jim send him packin...there a re far better tools to use than a slim jim

Fuse # 20, located in the Junction Block (interior, drivers side). This is a ten amp fuse.

Hi,You can get new keys from any Jeep dealership.You'll need your ownership and the VIN number (vehicle identification number) That number is located under the windshield on the drivers side bottom corrner.Your best bet is call first to check if anyother information is needed.Good luck hope this has helped,if so please don't forget to rate me......

This sounds like a bad chip in the key, try a spare key, if it starts with spare key then key is bad, if it doesnt start then you will need reprograming
