Stuck seat - 3rd row seating

I have a ford explorer with the push button 3rd row seating. One of the seats is stuck in the flat position. Is there a way to manually raise it?

- I have the same issue as stated above...I can hear the motor run but the seat does not move. Very Frustrating!- marciemarley

- I have the same problem the passengers side 3rd row seat is stuck in the down position. The motor works 'cuz it will move it a little bit both up and down (about 1/16")- mkia

- One of the third row electric seats is stuck in the down position , The motor works but does not turn the screw shaft. Any help would be greatly appreciated.- famruss

Maybe you have a blown fuse, have you checked it ? The owners manual has a diagram of the interior fuse box, what amp to use, etc. You can visually see if the fuse is blown just like a light bulb. If not, then you may have an electrical problem which also has to do with the fuse box, etc.
