Question about 2007 BMW 750i Sedan
I had the tires balanced I checked the pressure and all is fine. but it still vibrates when I hit 80 kms. why is that?
Could be a couple things if all wheel drive it could be a drive shaft but just cuz the tires have been balanced desent mean there good u need to look at the tire while spinning on the balancer if it hopes up and down that could be ur side to side is usually a problem it could still be a bent rim aswell usually vibrations at that speed means tires but a shaft is still a possibility

I have the same car. The dealership wanted to charge me $155 to go into the computer and give me the passkey.
One of the techs just told me how to find it myself:
Inside the trunk, on the left side behind the DVD player, there is a box that sits at a 45 degree angle. Right above that box, there is a box that is shaped like a VHS tape. Unscrew that box and on the other side you will see bluetooth PK: and your four digit number.
That saved me $155 dollars and now I can talk hands free through my car.

if you hit the kerb hard you should fit a new wheel and get the steering geometry (not wheel alignment) fully checked out.when replacing anything to do with brake/suspension on the front end you MUST DO BOTH SIDES.....what will you do if the wheel falls off.

i would suspect somewhere in your front end you have a compliance bushing with excessive movement. these cars front ends depend heavily on these style bushings, and as they wear you can start to see tire wear patterns, looseness in steering, and high speed vibration. make sure you have the front end inspected by a shop that is familier with these types of cars. good luck!
