Question about 1998 Honda CR-V
Normal driving,Mac scanner showing about 190 degrees (hooked up to OBD and giving me continuous readings while driving).Guage will read 3/4 up and maybe a tad higher.EVERYTIME I slow down or stop, the guage drops down quickly to around half (more normal) and remains there untill taking off a cruising again where it slowly goes back to 3/4 high.Mac scanner isnt telling me any major differences in temperature no matter if im stopped or not.I do not know if i have a faulty guage,or where the guage specifcally is reading from.Bad ground? Also coolant temp sensor is new.No change in guage performance.
