If you are able to at least remove the lug nuts, spray inside where they were with WD-40, then give the tire a good hit with a rubber mallet on the area where the tire meets the rim.

hi from uk to renew front disc(rotors) and brake pads on the accent are not beyond the mech minded diy er and can easilly be done if you follow instructions on the haynes manual etc and would save$$$$s in dealer charges ? if you diy as for the rear brakes they are drum brakes with shoes that are auto adjust but again can be done by diy with help of manual ? as for cost of parts ? you can obtain/price of all parts from good auto shop/superstore also a manual ? then by all means obtain a quote ? for local garage to do the brakes with cost of labour and parts ? then consider option of diy? i am sure you will be tempted/inspired if you browse the work involved hope this helps? contact again if you feel lucky? will be glad to assist if you get stuck? or req info ? merry xmas from uk

SOURCE: handbrake adjustment?

you havent set the rear brakes up properly, slacken off handbrake cable first, remove the rear shoe any side first or both together ,firstly with a small angle grinder flaten the lip thats built up around the edge of the drum ,taking care not to catch the shiney facing.then look at at the handbrake pulling arm and make sure it right the way back onto the shoe .Next the hard part and this is adjusting the the automatic adjuster till as you put drum on their is a slight resistance sliding over shoes but the drum turns with a slight resistance and a bit of noise where the shoes are just catching,Do both side sides and adjust handbrake till you have 3 notches (clicks) .check wheels still turn ok with a slight noise of the shoes dragging .Now footbrake should be firmer and this car will lock back wheels up at 30mph ,and bounce out the brake tester at the annual mechanical inspection

SOURCE: Replace oil pan on my Hyundai accent 2004

You can try to re torque the bolts before you drop the pan and re place the gaskit if that is where your leak is coming from. Good luck and hope you don't have to drop the oil pan.

Noise from rear of 2001 Hyundai accent.

Take it to a different tire store, and ask them to look for a separated belt or an out-of-round tire. The store that balance your tires should have caught that. A bent wheel is another possibility

Or: On a lift, slowly rotate the tire, standing 6-8 feet behind the car and watch the edges of the tread -- see if they "wobble" from side to side. That's a bad tire.

Or: Rotate tires front to back and see if the problem shows up in the steering wheel.
