Question about Cars & Trucks
Miller welder - Legend TM AEAD 200 LE 60 Hz - about 1988 - ser. # JK 701274 - Sometimes engine does not rev up for weld until after runs for a while, either manual switch or strike arc, stick machine, does same when using. Recently replace main switch due to dead spot, not related no change. Solenoid does not try to activate until it works, circuit breaker OK. Replaced relay no change. Great machine never had any problems well satisfied. Mounted welder on heavy frame with golf cart front end and electric drive rear axle powered by welder. Does great with about 1500 lbs tools and boxes not counting welder.Has driving and led work lights and Bendix Tu Flo 400 self oiled and cooled air compressor with electric motor powered by welder. Does great, a little ******* start with high head pressure before unloader kicks in. Has a magnetic clutch adapted like an AC. Is there some kind of time delay relay so I can start electric motor before engauging compressor?

I brought my 2006 H3 in to the dealer for the same thing. My blower stopped working all together but it started as an intermittent problem. He said he had to replaced a diode or resistor either behind the switch on the dash that controls the fan or on the fan motor itself. Have not had a problem since but that was only about 4 months ago.

Your system might be low on freon. Get a kit with a hose that has a gauge on it so you can see if you are in the "Good" range. The cycling switch won't close unless there is enough freon in the system. You can temorarily jumper the connector for the cycling switch to see if the compressor will come on. If it does, you are low on freon for sure. Do not let the compressor run for more than 15 - 30 seconds with it jumpered.
report back results.

something not right here ,firstly why didnt you just renew the clutch instead of a complete compressor ?? secondly do you have a machine to recharge the system and if so are you using it correctly ,the reason i ask is because in the machine the low and high pressure pipes are interconnected in the body of the machine so yes it would show these pressures. When refilling a car once machine has weighed the gas leaving the bottle shut off the red line and start engine leaving the blue line connected ,run engine at 2000rpm with A/C on full for about 3 mins to draw the gas in from the machine .Then close blue line and and do a recovery to see how much gas was left in the machine. Also did you put compressor oil in when you re fitted the compressor about 100cc is enough ,this is better put in directly into compressor ,then vacumn to about -750mg or a stage one vac pump and omit the oil recovery cycle .When running the air temperature coming out should be about 7.5centigrade is good but some cars will drop to 5C anything below 9C is ok ,and forget to clean out pollen filter

Did you replace the expansion valve?
Also try adding just a little more freon and see if that makes a difference....is there a sight glass you can view with the system activated to be sure you have it completely air free?
