My engine seems to idle noisily and high

You've probably got a timing issue and the gears need to be changed or the belt needs to be changed. Could be a sensor if you have a service engine soon light or check engine light. There's alot of miles on an older car. Sounds like timing either way. Have you checkec the cap and rotor for moisture under the cap. May be something simple. Could also be your coil going bad. Do a resistance test of you know how or register with autozone.ocm and they will tell you how to check parts once you register your vehicle with them and click the replacement parts link.

Loud Vibration / Sound Under Acceleration And Starting Engine.

Get the engine mounts checked. A bad mount may allow part of the engine to lie on a body or frame part, allowing engine vibrations to become very loud. Torquing of the engine (under load) can cause the same type problems.

Mitsubishi L300 FB diesel engine is ok to start when the engine is cool when driving it for several minutes and engine is getting hot and put off the engine and restart it the engine fail to start. Then...

The problem seems related with the fuel pump as the fuel pressure seems to drop off when the pump is hot. So when the fault occurs try an cool the pump and see if the engine starts. If so have the pump checked and calibrated for the right pressure.

Will not start. have ignition but will not start

if it seems to be getting fuel let it set for a few minute, turn on the key without cranking the engine, then crank engine do not step on the gas pedal. if it still doesn't start check your fuse. if the fuse is good, then your problem might start to get a little expensive.

Car seemed hesitant when started service engine soon light on

There are many things that can cause the light to come on. Generally if it is serious most 'check engine' or 'service engine' lights will blink. The simplest (and cheapest) method to diagnose the problem is to take the car to AutoZone and they will read the computer codes free of charge and tell you exactly what it is (such as the oxygen sensor got a bad reading and needs a reset, or its time for an oil change... etc.)

Engine won't crank or seem to get power on key turn.

More than likely, your starter has gone out. If the battery is fully charged and its not even turning over, that is what i would start with.
