Question about Dodge Ram 1500
I know how to do the blinkers makers but not the driving lights . aow do i hook them up to my dimmer with the origanl lights offf

if you do it do it at the dealer that you got it from so it wont void the warranty. that way you keep it in place and they can also tell you the specifications as to what you need to do ,if anything to the front of the truck

Put your tailgate down and take the screws off on the inside of the taillight. The screws are Torx screws, so you will need Torx head screw driver. Then just give it a tug and the cover will pop right off. You will be able to change out the bulb.

Have you tried changing the throttle position sensor. If your check engine or malfuction indicator lite is on check and see what code it is if its tps then change it out.

There is a ground that is deteriorated in the harness. trace the ground lead back from the connection to your truck. Once you find the break, that should take care of your problem.
It is also possible to be a power lead, so check them also, but more often than not it is a ground.l
