Hi, from what you say I think is the ground point in luggage compartment under the LH light cluster is loose!!! They share the same ground point!!!

Is this oily or a dry dust? I suspect that since it is both wheels, it is caused by 'brake dust' which is just residue from the linings as the brakes wear. The solution is to install ceramic brake pads to eliminate the unsightly problem, however, if this is the problem. it is only visual, it does not affect the performance. Washing the wheels thoroughly, then applying wax to them will make future clean up easier. If the residue is oily or greasy, you probably have issues with an axle seal leaking. In that case it should be checked soon, as wheel bearing failure can result if too much grease is lost.

It sounds like a brake is out. Did you make sure to pull the parking brake release? That would do it to. But it definetly sounds like a bad brake.

Most likely it is the ABS module is going bad and needs to be replaced or rebuilt at www.bba-reman.com, hope this helps.
