Code reader says missfire, what do I need to do?

Possible causes: bad distributor, bad wires, bad plugs, bad coil or bad fuel. A pro is needed to diagnosis the problem. You can try using premium gas to see if it helps. Good luck!

Why error code P0303 changed plugs switched coils and injectors?

double anon posted, and double answered again.....
303 means , weak combustion on #3.

that means all factors effecting combustion. are at issue.
not just spark.
compression at spec. ever hear of a 20buck compressing gauge>?
no intake air leaks near #3
bad wiring to #3 injector.
or bad luck the other coil is bad.
or bad luck the other injector was bad too.
clogged injectors.

lets say, all injector screens (10 mircon) are partially clogged.
and $3 had margional compression.
so swapping injectors old , is a false move. proves nothing.
we call these junk yard swaps. you can get lucky but in truth
proves little.

Are there other DTCs
are the pending DTCS
at 303 , what is the freeze frame data.
what is LTFT?? (long term fuel trim) +40% (lean max.)
what is closed loop status at the fail. closed or open?

When I turn the key to start, everything turns on but it wont turn over.

check postive wire to starter, it may be a bad fusable link or a fuse that is bad. if there is power to starter then the starter solinoid is bad or a bad starter. have a nice day and good-luck!! The most important is that the ignition switch connects the starter to the battery so that a high-voltage current is sent to the starter in just a single turn. It is also important to note that the Ignition Switch is actually made up of two parts ?¿½ the lock cylinder and the electronic switch. good- luck!!
