What car is capable to be tuned up to go very fast for racing?

Not those expensive sports cars; a regular car that can be tuned up for racing. I was thinking the old honda civics maybe? I heard any car can go fast, but each car has there limit of going so fast before they lose control or something, what car is capable of going fast without losing control?

SOURCE: my car when the sun hit, dont start

Do you mean you have trouble starting it when it is hot outside? If so get the battery checked first, heat and cold stress the battery.

If you mean you lose power as you drive when its hot out, that is a whole other problem.
Good Luck

SOURCE: car is losing power and speedometer not working

The alternator is dying...
It is not charging your battery. Don't use your headlights (big power drain) until you have the electrical checked.
AutoZone will analyze (free) w/o removing alternator (IN-CAR test)

Hope this helps, soon!

really its a.
Solex 34 TEIE import that gets a Weber name
that is why tuning data, is missing at webers. site.

what makes you think it was ever tune right.
was it?

1: is fuel pressure.
2: is float level checks.
3: is jetting,
4: is no intake leaks, or it will never idle right or stalls. or races.
if its rich (wrong jets) it will race with air leaks
if it lean (wrong jets) it will stall with air leaks.

5: the choke is off for all above. tuning the silly chock is last.
on my cars, i run a manual choke, so ends that.

1994 crown victoria engine races

Problem with idle speed. The idle is controlled by the pcm (engine computer) through the operation of the Idle Air Control valve or motor. But several other sensors are also at work, like the throttle position sensor, the coolant temperature sensor, the MAP sensor or the Mass Air Flow sensor. The computer monitors all engine conditions to optimize performance and driveability-this includes keeping idle speed correct.
Would probably help you if you could see what all those sensors are telling the pcm-so you need a scanner capable of giving live stream data. And don't forget, your '94 is OBD-1, not OBD-II like all cars since 1996 on have. A garage should have such capable scanners, but they are kind of high end, not your typical cheap code scanner.

I have a 1999 Montero with only 1 key. It will not start the car now and the nearest dealer is 4 hrs away. Is there a way to reset the key? Thanks.

get rid of it! i have owned a 2001 montero sport since brand new. when they run good they run good! but any kind of repairs are way too expensive! $600 for a tune up is crazy. i did a tune up on my chrysler 3.5 engine in about a half hour and cost about $40 in parts. they do not offer repair books by chilton or haynes because they want you to go to mitsubishi for repairs. my friend who owns a repair shop DOES NOT work on mitsubishi's if he can help it! to have to take off the intake and throttle body to replace spark plugs is crazy. had i known i would NEVER have bought a montero sport! the maintenance cost are WAY TOO HIGH!!!!

What should the RPM's be @ 60MPH on a 2001

The RPM is a display indicator of vehicle performance in relation to fast moving capabilities.
A vehicle that requires so much RPM has functions explanable

1. multi purpose vehicles like sports utility require more RPM considering the functionality in relation to performance. for example, a sports utility vehicle requiring tow capabilities would be greatly reduced without high RPM considering that builting an engine and structure so rigid would be disproportionate with RPM. The sports utility vehicle for example has multi purposes requiring features the contribute towards achiev ing each additional functionity. The RPM provides the appropaie measure of propertionality in the functionality and especially for an operational guideline.

2. 60 RPM has been the standard for several vehicles of similar capacity and would be drastic measure to increase without any additional vehicle upgrades to complement the entire functionity of vehicle.

When im driving my car it stall to drive fast, and someone tell me what the sport or normal thing is on my driving shift and what should it be on,sports or normal???

the difference between spor and normal is really just shift times. on sport you use more gas because it will push more horses into your engine and your rpms will be higher so you have more torque. so unless you are haulin **** all the time i would go with normal for regular day driving.

Pro & con

Upside Sleek and dignified design inside and out, pleasing blend of ride and handling, powerful V8 engines, sophisticated safety features, all-wheel drive available on both sedans and wagons. Downside More expensive than competitors, confusing control layout, electronically controlled brakes lack progressive feel. What's New for 2007 Most of the changes to the 2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class relate to engine upgrades. Mercedes' AMG division has renamed last year's E55 AMG as the E63 AMG in light of its more powerful 507-hp V8 engine.
